Washington clinical supervision

A fixed-time Washington supervision cohort with structure built in

Twelve Wednesday meetings for associates who want recurring supervision, peer perspective, accurate hour tracking, and practical work on risk, ethics, documentation, and clinical development.

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00 p.m. Pacific

Enrollment deadline: September 2, 2026. The cohort launches at 4 paid participants and is capped at 6.

01

Prepare one clear question

Each participant brings concise, de-identified case material and names the decision or stuck point that needs attention.

02

Work the case together

The group uses structured rotation, direct feedback, and systems thinking without letting one case consume the meeting.

03

Leave with a next action

Every case closes with a practical step, documentation need, consultation threshold, or question to carry into individual supervision.
