Response limits

Routine response within 2 business days; urgent access, chart review, or program consultation requires separate written scope and pricing

Scheduled supervision never replaces immediate emergency services, agency crisis policy, program leadership, or required reporting and consultation paths.

Termination and review

The planning standard is a 90-day paid pilot, reviewed against attendance, documentation quality, response expectations, staff usefulness, leadership burden, and revenue per total delivery hour.

The written agreement defines 30-day termination notice, record handoff, final hour verification, and the handling of already scheduled time.

Launch dependencies

The pilot does not begin until these gates are green

  • 1 Contract and legal review complete
  • 2 Malpractice coverage confirmed for the actual scope
  • 3 Record, risk, diagnosis, and leadership responsibilities assigned
  • 4 Schedule, response limits, payment, and termination terms signed
